We have also converted existing properties with fantastic results, from old chapels to historic graded buildings.

We not only have our own projects we also work on contract projects for private people and landed estates.

We undertake the building work ourselves using skilled, local craftsmen. This means high quality work, quietly undertaken with respect to environment, programme and safety.

We are looking for other plots with building potential for sale.

We will help in the development of land on behalf of the owners.

We can take on a profit share partnership with landowners who may wish to manage larger building plots to maximise their profits over a number of years.
